Project about masculinity

(2013-2016)

Curious about men’s experiences of their own masculinity, I asked 30 men about these experiences – in the physical, mental, psychological, emotional and spiritual sense. The personal accounts of the men formed the starting point of a series of nude photos.
Photographs from this series have been exhibited at Gallery Mooiman in Groningen, The Netherlands; The Darkroom Gallery in Vermont, USA; SOMArts in San Francisco, USA; Photofestival Krakow, Poland.
